How can you earn FlowerPoints?

You automatically receive FlowerPoints with every order you place. For every euro you spend at Heemskerk Flowers, you receive one FlowerPoint.

How can I redeem my FlowerPoints?

Each FlowerPoint is worth €0.01. You can view your current balance in the webshop under 'my account'. FlowerPoints can be redeemed in the shopping cart for a discount on your order.

Use all your FlowerPoints

Before January 31 of the following calendar year, all FlowerPoints from the current year must be used. Any remaining unused points from the previous calendar year will then expire.

FlowerPoints Terms & Conditions

The following promotional terms and conditions (hereinafter: terms and conditions) apply to the FlowerPoints loyalty promotion offered by A. Heemskerk B.V. (Chamber of Commerce number: 28025092) (hereinafter: Heemskerk Flowers), unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Art. 1. General

1.1. Participation in the FlowerPoints promotion is only open to natural and legal persons who are customers of Heemskerk Flowers (hereinafter: participant(s)).

1.2. By participating in the FlowerPoints promotion offered by Heemskerk Flowers, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1.3. These terms and conditions will be published on www.heemskerkflowers.com.

Art. 2. Duration of the FlowerPoints promotion

2.1. This FlowerPoints promotion is valid for an indefinite period.

Art. 3. Participation

3.1. Participation takes place as follows:

• for every euro spent by the participant at Heemskerk Flowers, the participant receives one (1) FlowerPoint (hereinafter: FlowerPoint(s));

• in addition, the participant receives fifty (50) FlowerPoints for every photo uploaded/added to their FlowerFriends profile and approved by Heemskerk Flowers.
FlowerPoints are only awarded if the participant has completed all relevant fields when uploading/adding the photo.
Each month, the customer may upload/add a maximum of 10 photos and will receive FlowerPoints for up to 10 photos.
The terms of use for Heemskerk Flowers FlowerFriends apply, as published on www.heemskerkflowers.com.

3.2. FlowerPoints are only awarded if the participant has correctly filled in the information required for participation in the FlowerPoints promotion.

3.3. FlowerPoints can be redeemed online by adding them to the online shopping cart. FlowerPoints can be redeemed for a discount on an order placed by the participant at Heemskerk Flowers or for a promotional item designated by Heemskerk Flowers. The value assigned to FlowerPoints is expressed in euros. Each FlowerPoint is worth €0.01.

3.4. If a participant has not placed a new order with Heemskerk Flowers within three (3) months from the last order, the FlowerPoints already accumulated by that participant will automatically expire.

3.5. FlowerPoints cannot be exchanged for (cash) money. A debt to Heemskerk Flowers can never be settled with FlowerPoints.

3.6. FlowerPoints are personal and cannot be transferred to a third party.

3.7. Before January 31 of each calendar year, all FlowerPoints from the previous year must be redeemed. FlowerPoints not redeemed by that date will expire.

3.8. Participation in the FlowerPoints promotion can be terminated at any time by submitting a written cancellation to Heemskerk Flowers. If a participant terminates their participation, all FlowerPoints accumulated by that participant will expire without any right to compensation.

Art. 4. Liability

4.1. Participation is at the participant’s own risk. Heemskerk Flowers will assume the accuracy of the information provided by the participant. Damage resulting from incorrect or incomplete information is the responsibility of the participant.

4.2. Heemskerk Flowers is not liable for any damage arising from or related to the FlowerPoints promotion or the (promotional) prizes provided by Heemskerk Flowers, unless caused by intent or deliberate recklessness by Heemskerk Flowers. Heemskerk Flowers provides no guarantees for the (promotional) prizes provided.

4.3. Heemskerk Flowers cannot be held liable for postal, network, computer hardware or software failures of any kind that result in limited, delayed or lost submissions and/or FlowerPoints.

4.4. Obvious printing, spelling, typesetting or similar errors in material published by Heemskerk Flowers cannot be held against Heemskerk Flowers and do not create any obligation for Heemskerk Flowers.

4.5. The above limitations of liability also apply to auxiliary personnel engaged by Heemskerk Flowers and to suppliers and/or manufacturers of the relevant product/prize.

Art. 5. Final provisions

5.1. Heemskerk Flowers reserves the right to terminate, interrupt or modify this FlowerPoints promotion at any time, without stating reasons and without prior notice. After termination of the FlowerPoints promotion by Heemskerk Flowers, the FlowerPoints will remain valid for six (6) months, after which they will automatically expire.

5.2. Heemskerk Flowers records the number of FlowerPoints accumulated per participant. This registration is binding.

5.3. Upon request, Heemskerk Flowers will provide the participant with a (balance) overview of the FlowerPoints accumulated within a reasonable period.

5.4. In cases of fraud, unlawful influence on the FlowerPoints promotion, or any other unacceptable behaviour by the participant, Heemskerk Flowers reserves the right to exclude the participant from the promotion and/or invalidate their FlowerPoints.

5.5. Dutch law applies to the FlowerPoints promotion and its terms and conditions.

5.6. Disputes with participants will be submitted to the competent court in The Hague.

5.7. If these terms and conditions do not provide guidance in certain situations, Heemskerk Flowers reserves the right to make a decision at its own discretion, which the participant must comply with.
