- Trend: Balanced Biotope
Being in balance and futureproofing are particularly important in these Covid times. Everyone wants to help create balance in nature. Reuse, practicality and sustainability are thereby crucial, which come together in the Balanced Biotope style trend. We would like to show you some examples of this trend and inspire you to start working with this trend yourself.
Organic shapes and rugged industrial products take centre stage in sustainable innovations and bio-based materials. Combine neutral colours such as yellow, green and terracotta with blue. Bouquets and arrangements in which the flowers become entangled with one another, using a combination of rugged flowers and coarse materials, fit perfectly with this trend.
Patterns
The Balanced Biotope patterns are organic, such as wood, stone and textile. A spot pattern with a fungus structure is thereby also very appealing. The shapes are both organic and irregular and ruggedly industrial.
Colours
The colour palette is varied and natural. The blue/green shades that we have seen in recent years give way to yellow/green tones such as olive green, moss green and lime green in this colour chart.. The addition of industrial blue and brick red lend an extra rugged touch to this colour chart.
